Linux Mint 9 與 Nvidia Display Driver 問題

I tried to install the driver from the NV Site 195.XX.XX during the installation i get a error massage:

unable to load the Kernel module nvidia.ko

the installation goes to 100% and then after 3s , the error is showed again!

sudo sh NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-195.xx.xx-pkg2.run -k$(uname -r) <------------Not useful in every case, Crash

nvidia-current 195.36.15-0ubuntu2 (amd64 binary) in ubuntu lucid <----唯一解決之道?
